• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Products

We DO NOT accept returns or refunds on any products purchased in our Store, unless otherwise specified on the individual product page.

Services

1. Cancellations (Paying In-Person): You can cancel a session, package, or gift up to one hour before the scheduled time. To do so, please reach out through the options on our Contact page. Please note that cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled start time will incur a 10% cancellation fee, charged to the credit card on file.

2. Cancellations (Paid Online): You can cancel a session, package, or gift up to one hour before the scheduled time with. To do so, please reach out through the options on our Contact page. The amount will be credited back to your account with us which can then be used toward any goods or services of your choice in the future. Please note that cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled start time will incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the credit received back to your account. Your account with us will be credited no later than 7 days after we receive your cancellation request.

3. No-Shows: Failure to notify us of a scheduled session will result in a 10% no-show fee, charged to the credit card on file.
